Terms & Conditions

Consent to Contact: By participating in the Refer a Friend programme, you confirm that you have obtained your friend’s consent for Anico Finance to contact them.
Use of Friend’s Information: Your friend’s name and contact details will be used solely for administering the Refer a Friend programme and will not be shared with any third parties outside the Anico group (other than as part of their loan application and management of their loan).
Consent for Payment: In accordance with data protection regulations, your referred friend will be asked to consent to you receiving a referral payment. If they do not provide this consent, the referral cannot be processed.
Referral Eligibility: The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously taken out a loan with Anico Finance.
Qualifying Referrals: A referral is considered successful only when your referred friend’s loan application is approved and the loan is funded. If the application is declined, cancelled, or not funded, no referral payment will be issued.
Referral Payment: You will receive a £45.00 payment for each successful referral. This is a one-time payment per referred friend whose loan is funded.
Payment Fulfilment: Referral payments will be processed on the next working day after the loan funding is confirmed. We will request your bank details for the transfer. No alternative form of payment or cash equivalent is available.
Personal Use Only: The programme is for personal, non-commercial use. Referrals should be made to friends, family, or acquaintances only. You must not represent yourself as an agent or employee of Anico Finance.
Fraud & Abuse Prevention: Anico Finance reserves the right to disqualify referrals or refuse payments if any fraud or abuse is suspected (e.g. self-referrals, duplicate referrals, or misrepresentation). Our decision on what constitutes a valid referral is final.
Amendment or Withdrawal: Anico Finance reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this referral programme at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website. Valid referrals made before such changes will still be honoured.
